He began his active yoga practice in 2011 at Cihangir Yoga. After completing his first teacher training in 2015, he started teaching at the same studio. Over the years, he has taught regular classes at many leading yoga studios in Istanbul. Throughout this journey, he had the opportunity to work directly with some of Turkey’s most prominent yoga teachers as well as many international instructors, gaining experience in various styles and deepening his knowledge in yoga philosophy, yoga therapy, meditation, mindfulness, anatomy, and Ayurveda. He currently teaches studio classes at Cihangir Yoga and trains new teachers through foundational and advanced yoga teacher training programs.

He sees yoga as a practice of attention and awareness that extends beyond the physical practice. He has a deep interest in psychoanalytical pyschology, existential philosophy, mythology, meditation, and neuroscience. A minimalist and an environmentalist, he enjoys experiencing life with full presence and making connections across different disciplines. In this context, he regularly offers workshops both to the general public and to corporate companies.
