Mindfulness

Mindfulness is to be able to see everything as much clearly and kindly as it is here and now, without judging or analyzing. It is both a mental skill that can be developed and a state of being. Mindfulness arises from conscious attention. It brings awareness to the internal and external factors that shape our lives and also to our relationships with these factors. This has an effect of stress reduction, increased productivity and creativity and making people more peaceful. Therefore, mindfulness has a variety of areas to be applied from stress management to increasing business success; from creative thinking to spirituality.

Mindfulness is a meta-skill. That is, it sharpens any other skill that it is added onto, making it more effective and efficient. It is an attention training with a certain approach. By increasing the calmness and clarity of the attention, it regulates the nervous system, helps you to know yourself better and to see the overall picture beyond your individual narrative in your organization and beyond by expanding your perspective with certain attitude. It is an awareness-based emotional intelligence training and allows you to better manage your emotions. It accomplishes three important things in a business context:

  1. High work performance

  2. Effective leadership

  3. Creating a happy atmosphere for work and increasing well-being

What I offer to the trainees:

​

  • Develop a broad perspective on the concepts of mindfulness and meditation, blending both traditional and modern perspectives.

​

  • Seeing the areas where mindfulness contributes in the business world and acquiring mindfulness practices specific to work life, such as giving mindful breaks and providing mindful feedbacks.  

​

  • Exercises such as breath awareness meditation and body scanning; and learning how to get your own daily habit. 

​

  • Acquiring up-to-date scientific knowledge of the working principles of the human brain, nervous system and the mind; how meditation shapes the brain; and seeing how the nervous system moves from a lonely, depressed state to a social and communication-centered one.

  • Learning the mindfulness attitude with applying small experiments together, which you can later use in the workplace and also in your daily life outside work, and gaining tools that increases your skills such as stress management, efficient working, creative thinking, effective communication and time management.

Short Seminar

In a seminar that lasts for a minimum of 2.5 hours and a maximum of 4 hours, organized in accordance with the needs and structure of the institution, basic mindfulness and meditation concepts are presented with tasting practices.

​

Full-Day Training

It is in the form of a training lasting 6-7 hours, spread over a full day. Many concepts on mindfulness and meditation are examined in detail and reinforced with practices. Applications such as sending e-mail with awareness and giving feedback with awareness, which are specially prepared for the business world, are offered.

​

6-Week Program

The training lasts for a total of 6 weeks, with sessions lasting 1.5 hours each week. Many concepts on mindfulness and awareness are examined in detail and practiced with applications. Applications prepared specifically for the business world are offered. Since it is spread over 6 weeks, the experiences of the participants on the applications are discussed in the following weeks, and positive habits are thoroughly reinforced.
