Private Lessons

Whatever level you are, we can work together. If you have never done yoga before, we can build a solid foundation or, if you have advanced practice, we can deepen in line with your wishes.

We can tailor our practice in line with your needs. For example, we can adjust our practice focusing on flexibility, strength, balance, sleep problems, low back discomfort and similar topics.

 

We can work one-to-one or in groups of 3-4 people. We can hold classes at my home in Bostancı or at your home, depending on availability and proximity. If you are away we can do the lessons online.

​

I offer lessons both in Turkish and English.  

​

Each lesson takes approximately 60 minutes.
